A night of hard work...

Tomorrow morning 8 AM submission and we didn't have any clue...that what to write, as an alien industry was given to us to study.

We somehow decided to stay back in library and pen down some crap...
Sleeping Star and Shopping Bag set to prepare the fake excel file. Venki Anna and me set on Reuters to collect the data which later we realized that, was of no use...

We came back to hostel late with 0 accomplishment and again set around 12 at Anna's room.

Then the action started and again blah blah ...crap crap went on till 3 AM. Shopping bag oblivious to our discussion slept peacefully on chair...

At 3 we realized, man we couldn't able to write more than two slides...
Then Anna offered the caffeine to us and I guess that did wonder...

We closed our crap, so called intellectual discussion and started to write common basic analysis and said our brain to keep its mouth shut...

We somehow arrived at 20 slides by 6 AM and realized one great lesson that the mind was the culprit and should be kept off during group work...

Somehow by strong support of Venki Anna, Sleeping Star and Shopping Bag (Though she was peacefully sleeping :)) we were able to upload our assignment at 7:09 AM.

The irony of life

Am I shall be ever satisfied the question I ask to myself everyday?
I guess the question have no answer...
My definition of satisfaction is changing year after year...
When I was a child of age 10 I thought that if I would become capable enough to handle my father's business that would be my satisfaction...
Then I went to boarding school and strived to become a doctor or engineer......
Then when I entered NIT Warangal I some how found that I want a good job of high paying in nature....
I managed to get one but as usual got bored of it as well and then I wanted to do a MBA and build an empire...
I am in a prestigious B-School now but still not satisfied...I dont know when this question will be answered to me by myself.
And my prediction is that the satisfaction will be achieved when I would become 'truly' capable to handle my father's business...

A journey of 1/6th MBA

Came Dubai with 20 kg checkin and 8 kg cabin baggage...started the journey of MBA on 12th November...with a determination in mind to create history...
Welcomed by Management Principle and Organization Behaviour...These subjects somehow could not motivate me but I learnt the art of doing case study analysis...
QT provided me the interpretions of skewness and mean.I had a lot to prove in Entrepunership subject but somehow I get failed to prove that and tested my first failure. But learning in this subject was great and I learnt how one could fail.
When does Corporate Governance started I never came to know...

Then came Mr. Zandi the GOD of economics who made me fall in love with Economics.I am inspired and would pursue a MA in economics in near future...I now know why marxist care for increasing consumer surplus...The block pricing of selling things in package resolved my misconcepts regarding the objective behind packaging of things. The cross subsidy made me to feel nothing comes for free...

Accounts was made easy by Mr. Manek and made me sensible enough to make sense out of WalMart balance sheet...I would surely would shed a tear of joy after seeing a financial statement hereon. The Ashok Chakradhar's poetry made accounts further easier.

QT2 scared me a little in middle but my apprehensions went away as I applied my common sense in solving the problems...

In all a nice experience moreover a great learning...though road travelled till today is 1/6th and more learning in offing...

Fundae of life

Never join a big company they teach you nothing always take challenges and join a start up, the larger the company you workin, the less you are able to get the nuts and bolts, the less you are able to see the bigger picture.

The risk reward equation is completely in favour of the entrepreneur. There is no way that you will be economically rewarded lesser for being an entrepreneur than by taking up a job.

"Chase your dreams, if you have faith on your dreams they will get fulfilled for sure" but you need to work to make it happen.

Don't blame anyone you are responsible for your life.

The profit is not only in terms of money, you can build school and there you are earning profit in terms of developing human potential.

What is success, earning money, earning power,NO success is earning happiness.Do what makes you happy. If you get happiness in life you are successful.

Find purpose,means will follow.
Believe in "Nishkaam Karmayoga"-Duty without desire this would make you satisfied.
Work without any expectations then the minute success will give great pleasure and would make your day.

Be the change you wanted to see.Take first step and things would follow.Always taking that first step is difficult and one who takes that, creates history.
Take risk in life to become something kyuki "darr ke aage jeet hai, darr se na daro, darr se aage badho".

Never change your identity for the sake of others.

Have faith no relationship can be strong enough unless and until there is faith as famously said " Vishwas pe duniya kayam hai".

"Be honest with yourself".

And always have faith on GOD
"Dukh mein sumiran sab kare, sukh mein kare na koi,
Jo sukh mein sumiran kare, to dukh kahe ko hoye"

The Jai jai kar of Democracy

Finally we won...the democracy got its reward...we have given a clear mandate and provided much needed stable government to our contry.
In this recessionary period what was needed was a strong and a stable government under a able leadership.

I salute Shri Manmohan Singhji and he is the most deserved person for the coveted job.He have all the three qualties required in PM which are Modesty,Competence and Honesty.

I admire him most for keeping distance from the gundas party i.e. Samajwadi Party.
Advanji need to learn some lesson from modesty of Manmohanji, calling a leader weak shows self incompetency. A strong leader will never insult opposition leader and election results are speaking that.

This election was great, people knew what they are doing. They had complete profile of their candidates. They used their power to vote in the right way.
Thanks to lead india in solving issues and making sure that india should vote.

The fall of Lalu,Ramvilas and other bigshots proved that India is now awake.
You could not cheat us anymore on the basis of caste.
If a party will work they will get the reward. This has been proved from results coming from Bihar,Rajasthan,MP and Chhattisgarh. The biggest proof is Congress coming back to power.

The only issue which was disappointing was 58% turnaround at voting booth.
But I am happy that beginning is made and more is to be done to made us pround of calling ourselves as national of the biggest Democracy.

Jai Hind...Jai Bharat...

Ahankar...The Beginning of the End

"I am great no one is superior to me, I did everything"
These are the words of a person whose end is near. Nothing can be dangerous to a person than "Ahankar".
It leads a person to nowhere. He starts insulting others and feel himself as supreme.
But O foolish guy GOD is supreme and no one is above him and you are compairing yourself to GOD your end is near.
Its more dangerous than any kind of intoxicants.
The person in grip of ego become blind he forgets that he is hurting others.

According to wiki,
Ahankar is the Gurmukhi word which translates to means ego or excessive pride due to one's possessions, material wealth, intelligence or powers. It gives an individual the feeling that he is superior to others and therefore they are at a lower level than him. It leads to envy, feelings of enmity, and restlessness amongst people.

Remember How big you become just refrain from this to keep your success graph acclerating.
